Our Services
Everything your parent needs to live comfortably and independently in their own home โ all included in your monthly subscription.
๐ค Companionship
Loneliness and social isolation are genuine health risks for older adults. Our caregivers don’t just show up to complete tasks โ they show up to be present.
Whether it’s sharing a cup of coffee, playing a card game, watching a favorite program together, or simply having someone to talk to โ we bring genuine warmth and connection to every visit.
INCLUDED IN YOUR VISITS
- Conversation and active listening
- Games, puzzles, and hobbies
- Reading together or shared activities
- Support for mental engagement and memory
- Caring, consistent presence
๐ Transportation & Errands
Giving up driving is one of the most significant independence challenges older adults face. We make sure your parent still gets where they need to go โ safely and reliably.
We handle the logistics so you don’t have to rearrange your work schedule every time there’s a doctor’s appointment or pharmacy run on the west side.
WE HELP WITH
- Medical and specialist appointments
- Pharmacy and prescription pickup
- Grocery shopping and household errands
- Hair salon, barber, and personal care
- Social visits and church services
๐ Light Housekeeping
A clean, organized home isn’t just about comfort โ it’s a safety and well-being issue. Clutter, unwashed dishes, and unattended laundry can create fall risks and affect mood and health.
Our OT-informed approach means we also notice things: is the home as tidy as it used to be? Are changes in the environment signaling something worth mentioning to you?
TYPICAL TASKS
- Tidying living areas and bedrooms
- Vacuuming and sweeping
- Washing dishes and wiping surfaces
- Laundry and folding
- Taking out trash
๐ฝ๏ธ Meal Preparation
Good nutrition is foundational to health, energy, and mood โ yet it’s often the first thing that slips when someone is living alone. We prepare fresh, nourishing meals tailored to your parent’s preferences and any dietary needs.
Mealtimes also become a natural opportunity for connection โ eating together, sharing conversation, and ensuring your parent is actually eating well.
WE ACCOMMODATE
- Breakfast, lunch, and dinner preparation
- Dietary restrictions and preferences
- Diabetes-friendly and heart-healthy meals
- Batch cooking for the week ahead
- Grocery list planning and shopping
๐ Medication Reminders
Missed or doubled medications are one of the leading causes of hospitalizations among older adults. We provide gentle, consistent reminders to take medications on schedule โ and we note any changes or concerns.
Important: We provide reminders only. We do not administer, prepare, or manage medications โ that requires licensed medical personnel.
HOW IT WORKS
- Friendly verbal reminders during visits
- Noting whether medications are being taken
- Flagging concerns to family or care coordinator
- Helping ensure prescriptions are filled on time
๐ Wellness Check-Ins
Regular check-in calls and brief visits give your parent consistent contact and give you peace of mind. You’ll know someone is paying attention โ not just to the tasks, but to how your parent is actually doing.
Our care coordinators provide family update calls so you’re never left wondering. If something seems off, we tell you โ clearly and promptly.
