Do you serve my area?
We serve Westlake, Bay Village, Rocky River, Avon, and North Olmsted on the west side of the Cleveland area. If you’re not sure whether your parent’s address falls within our service area, just ask — we’re happy to confirm.
How quickly can care start?
Once we’ve had our intro call and agreed on a plan, we can typically begin services within one week. For urgent situations, contact us directly by phone and we’ll do our best to accommodate your timeline.
What if my parent needs more visits one month?
All plans can be supplemented with add-on visits at a per-visit rate. We also make it easy to move to a higher plan if your parent’s needs grow over time.
Do you provide medical care?
No — we provide non-medical companion care. We do not provide nursing, administer medications, or perform medical procedures. If your parent needs medical in-home care, we’re happy to help coordinate with the right resources.
Will my parent see the same caregiver every visit?
Yes, this is one of our core commitments. We deliberately maintain a small team and a limited service area so your parent builds a consistent relationship with their caregiver. We do have backup coverage for illness or emergencies, but consistent assignment is our strong default.
